Wonderful lot with nice trees and plenty of open waterfront footage. The concrete block cabin is in very rough shape and did get about a foot of water during the flood although it was the first time in 36 years that the seller has owned it that it flooded. Good basic dock which needs some decking replaced. Plenty of room to build a new home and maybe convert the cabin to a game room or guest quarters, lots of possibilities.
