Once in a while we are given an opportunity to do great things for others and these homeowners had this in mind when preparing to sell their home. They loved it and made many memories here. They wanted to give the same to the future owners by updating the flooring in the owner's suite & all common areas to luxury vinyl plank, they have freshly painted throughout the entire home, installed custom cabinets with soft close features & installed new granite counters. They gave a fresh look to the fireplace & lighting accents along with the exterior landscaping. There is a large persimmon tree in the rear yard that fruits an abundance of persimmon every october and workshop, 2 raised gardens, and a firepit for fun. The master has a very large walk in closet and is also spacious enough for a sitting space.
