This analysis restricts comparable sales to the property's neighborhood and to properties with similar attributes. If properties with similar attributes cannot be found valuation adjustments will be made for different attributes. 

How Does ALEX Labs Use HouseCanary?: ALEX Labs uses its pricing as a benchmark in our Valuation and Negotiation Models generated for ALEX Partners and their client. We DO rely on its market research information including annual value trend projections and risk of value decline analysis

How Does ALEX Studios Use HouseCanary?: ALEX Studios uses its research and analysis for Dedicated Property Websites built for ALEX Listings. We normally include annual and three year value trend projections at the Block Group and Zip Code Level and integrate other HouseCanary analysis and benchmarks as applicableinto Dedicated Property Websites
