There is a lot to consider about this unique property in Rusk County. Situated about 8 miles west of Henderson and a 30 minute drive from Tyler, this area was the heart of the original East Texas oil discovery. While there still exists on the property some working oil field sites and equipment, there is much of the property in mature timber with several good homesites and plenty of habitat for game such as deer and hogs.
