1,100 linear feet, both banks, of Cypress Creek, that connects the source, Jacob's Well, with Blue Hole Regional Park and on into the Village of Wimberley. Scenic bluffs, 30' in height, line a portion of the creek. Riparian deciduous woodlands of pecan, cedar elm, sycamore, and cypress trees; and savanna and oak/juniper uplands. A perpetual conservation easement restricts development and subdivision while allowing for the typical uses of a working ranch/farm and recreational land.
