ALEX will gift match with our clients up to 5% of our commissions to any Eligible Nonprofit 

2 Impact Nonprofits — Up to 100% Gift Match
ALEX will gift match with our clients up to 100% of our commissions to any Impact Nonprofit

3 Nonprofit Client Transactions — 1% of the sale price up to a maximum commission of $50,000
We will represent a nonprofit client to buy or sell real estate for a 1% commission
$50,000 maximum commission payable to ALEX
No limit on transaction value

4 Related Nonprofits — 100% Fee Rebate

To avoid any conflict of interest If an ALEX Partner is a Board Member 100% of our commssions are rebated to the nonprofit

5 Nonprofit and Gala Charity Auctions — Listing Gift Packages to $10M
