ALEX’S TAKE

St. Paul, about 30 miles northeast of Dallas, is #15 and The Woodlands north of Houston is #21. No other Texas communities made the top 50.

St. Paul is a great place. On Lake Lavon. Just outside of Wylie. The Inspiration Master Planned Community is next door. ALEX strongly recommends the northeast Dallas Region area including Rockwall and Collin County.

As an FYI, ALEX’s CFO grew up in Garland. Lake Lavon was a happening place.
