  • $995,250 high net sale price was down 10% from August 2023, and down 59% from September 2022. 
  • $1,200,000 high list price was up 9% from August 2023, and down 50% from September 2022.
  • $949 high net sale price per SF was up 134% from August 2023, and down 1% from September 2022.
  • $1,040 high list price per SF was up 145% from August 2023, and up 8% from September 2022.

KEY STATISTICS

  • Median Cumulative Days on Market: 49, a 3 % increase from August 2023, and an 88% decrease from September 2022.
  • Median Net Sale Price: $380,000, up 7% from August 2023, and down 2% from September 2022.
  • Median Net Sale $ per Square Foot: $209, indicates no change from August 2023, and an 8% decrease year-over-year.
  • Median Net Sale $ % Discount from List Price: 6.6%, marking a 90% increase from August 2023, and a 128% increase year-over-year.
