“…Site plans show the new space would have an electrical substation, communications tower, and parking spaces, all enclosed by a perimeter wall.

A ten-year agreement with the city provides the opportunity to earn back 50 percent of the sales tax revenue it generates starting in 2027. The company is required to make an $80 million investment by 2026.

However, the original facility must have a minimum of 150,000 sf and create at least 15 jobs. It is estimated that roughly $80 million in taxable sales would generate $1.2 million in net revenue for the city…”
