ALEX Labs just completed analysis of Northwest Georgetown single family sales, reported to the Austin Board of Realtors, for October 2023, as of November 2. To more precisely analyze Northwest Georgetown, we deleted Sun City from this Analysis. We performed separate analysis of Sun City. In about 60 seconds, know more about the Northwest Georgetown real estate market than almost anyone!
