  • $459 high list price per SF was down 18% from August 2023, and down 4% from September 2022.

KEY STATISTICS

  • Median Cumulative Days on Market: 54, a 21% increase from August 2023, and a 286% increase from September 2022.
  • Median Net Sale Price: $529,500, no change from August 2023, and an 8% increase from September 2022.
  • Median Net Sale $ per Square Foot: $221, no change from August 2023, and a 6% decrease year-over-year.
  • Median Net Sale $ % Discount From List Price: 4.5%, marking a 22% decrease from August 2023, and a 214% increase year-over-year.
