- Total Net Sales Volume: $10,170,500, experiencing a decrease of 56% month-over-month (MOM) and a decline of 25% year-over-year (YOY).
2. Days from Listing to Sale:
- Median Cumulative Days on Market: 18 days, showcasing a 77% reduction from June 2023 but increased by a notable 71% compared to July 2022.
- Average Cumulative Days on Market: 53 days, reducing by 45% from June 2023 but up by an impressive 236% from July 2022.
3. Net Sale Price:
- Median Net Sale Price: $531,000, reflecting a 9% increase from June 2023 but a 7% decline YOY.
- Median Net Sale $ per Square Foot: $277, marking a 7% rise MOM but declining by 7% YOY.
- Average Net Sale Price: $922,080, an increase of 12% MOM and a remarkable 64% growth YOY.
- Average Net Sale $ per Square Foot: $352, showing a growth of 15% MOM and 9% YOY.
