  • Average Cumulative Days on Market53 days, reducing by 45% from June 2023 but up by an impressive 236% from July 2022.

3. Net Sale Price:

  • Median Net Sale Price$531,000, reflecting a 9% increase from June 2023 but a 7% decline YOY.
  • Median Net Sale $ per Square Foot$277, marking a 7% rise MOM but declining by 7% YOY.
