ALEX Labs just completed research and analysis of Biz Journal’s Report that included Dallas County migration.Many Texans including realtors believe most new residents are coming from out-of-state with the majority fleeing from San Francisco. Key findings about new residents in Dallas County: 23% are from Tarrant County (Fort Worth area), 18% are from out-of-state, 5.4% are from California with 1.4% coming from the Bay Area and 4.0% coming from Southern California.
